Finance is not just for bankers and accountants any more. With global opportunities and skills shortages in the mining industry, knowledge of how and why mining finance works is more important than ever before in developing your career.

Students who undertake this course are well positioned to gain advanced technical and specialist skills and knowledge in the mining finance industry in order to enter or progress within those areas. Graduates may be employed in areas of mining investment analysis, financial analysis, and financial risk management. There are 3 compulsory subjects which provide an introduction to the key areas of the finance sector and 1 elective subjects taken from a selected group.
