Featuring a special live stream conversation with Adam Grant.
Followed by a dynamic panel of industry leaders chaired by the incomparable Elizabeth Shaw and a special presentation by Dr Cordelia Fine who will discuss the findings of her new research exploring three key questions: why does gender diversity in the workplace matter? why do everyday Australian employees think it matters? and, finally, how does this compare with narratives in the Australian media?

We will be welcomed by Gina Williams and Guy Ghrouse, with opening remarks from Sabina Shugg AM, and industry panel featuring three incredible women who all strive to improve the workplace for other women. We will hear author Susan Cain in conversation with Alison Morley, an inspiring WIMWA industry stories from Briohny Evans from Fortescue, Donna Stace from Rio Tinto and Florence Drummond CEO and Founder IWIMRA, Micheal Gollschewski President of Alcoa Australia, Kelly Carter Vice President: Legal and Compliance at Gold Fields Australia, Vanessa Torres Chief Technical Officer at South32, Di Smith-Gander AO, Peter Bradford CEO Independence Group, Clayton Hanrahan, Zelda Han from BHP, Rowena Leslie from Kai Rho Contracting, Alison Morley from Rio Tinto and others still to be announced.

Largely an online event - all presentations will be filmed at a very high standard and live streamed a link to the presentation will be emailed at the conclusion of the presentation.

Friday 11th we are hosting four sessions featuring inspiring industry stories, a conversation event with Susan Cain, a dynamic industry panel and a special appearance by Michelle Cowan starting at 9am and culminating in a networking sundowner.
