Tracy Teo/Hopkins is a final year Doctorate student at the Graduate School of Curtin University. Besides a student, she is also the Founder and Director for AIWT, a training college based in Malaga and Northbridge, President for Malaga Districts Business Association (MDBA) and tutors sessionally at Curtin.

Her presentation titled “Building and Sustaining Career Success” is about some of her findings in her thesis. Her research participants comprised of 31 women in the senior management who told their stories of how they sustain their careers in the resources sector of WA.

Come and listen to their stories, their experiences, their difficulties and their hopes.
